Billing Clerk

The Billing Clerk will be responsible for interfacing directly with our customers on the telephone and via email. This individual will transmit invoices to customers on a daily basis, review and process credit memo’s and reconcile customer receivable balances. The Billing Clerk will review receipts and allocate payments against specific transitions. This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures.


Billing/Order Entry

  • Receive Daily Shipping Documentations (In House/Vendor Dropships)
  • Match billing to order/job (recheck original data entry to completed info on ship freight method and add charges/changes as necessary
  • Review all invoices before mailing to customer
  • Run daily reports on invoice transactions for Sr. Management
  • Order entry for Central /HVAC/Lindy divisions including pricing and discount programs that may apply
  • Create shipping documents
  • Separate Techtanium Invoices from other Billing
  • Assist Receptionist with entering data into warranty log.
  • Work with A/R, A/P Shipping and Purchasing departments


  • Manage commissions by determining which invoices are eligible to be paid
  • Sort invoices by sales/territory
  • Check A/R for paid invoices
  • File monthly commission documents

Back up to Receptionist Duties:

  • Greeting all visitors in a courteous and professional manner and direct them to the proper person, office and/or conference room Maintains security by monitoring logbook
  • Answer and route calls as needed while covering reception.
  • Participate and implement in all 5S initiatives.


  • 2-4 Years Billing experience (in manufacturing a plus)
  • Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer service skills and orientation, and a strong team player
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, analytical and self-motivated
  • Intermediate skills in ERP MRP system Accounting Software programs (Genius a plus).
  • Word, Excel, and Outlook.


Assemble a variety of tube bundles, coils, and shells.   The assembler will complete final assemblies and testing of all parts.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Handle light and average weight parts.
  • Use hand and power tools.
  • Accurately complete all sub-assemblies prior to installation on the unit.
  • Mount and connect auxiliary, mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic or hydraulic equipment.
  • Assemble a variety of products from blueprints and drawings.
  • Ability to fit parts to close tolerances.
  • Must be mechanically inclined.
  • Listen and learn from instructions.
  • Cooperate and participate in the department’s training program.
  • Participate in all 5S initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • At least two (2) years of experience in the assembly in a manufacturing environment.
  • English Comprehension
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities

Welder Combination

The Welder Combination will follow standard welding procedures and techniques to optimize Flux Cored Arc, Stick, MIG, TIG, and plasma welding processes on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel materials.  These processes will be used to weld pressure vessels and structural steels. Pressure vessel welding must meet all applicable ASME and TEMA specifications and pass X-Ray, dye penetrant and visual inspections.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Pass ASME coupon tests  and obtain ASME Certified Combination Welder
  • Weld mig, tig, and stick pressure vessels and structural steels
  • Use quality assurance instruments
  • Ensures equipment is maintained, and quality standards are met with all products
  • Read blueprints according to weld specifications and blueprints
  • Review engineering change orders (ECO’s) and implement desired changes
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
  • Follow standardized processes.
  • Must adhere to “5S” standards daily


  • Technical Degree/2 year minimum mig, tig, stick welding experience in manufacturing environment or combo of education and work experience
  • Must be mechanically inclined.
  • English Comprehension: Ability to read, write and communicate
  • Ability to handle light and average weight parts.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Ability to listen and learn from instructions, cooperate and participate in the department’s training program

  • Must be flexible with assignment changes needed to fulfill production needs
