SPM Series Instantaneous Water Heaters with Integral Mixing Valve
The DHT SPM Series is a fully packaged, instantaneous boiler water-fired water heater that combines a high-efficiency double-wall plate and frame heat exchanger, an integral digital mixing valve, and advanced PID controls into a single factory-engineered solution. This integrated design reduces mechanical room space, simplifies installation, lowers installed costs, and minimizes Building Automation System (BAS) control points.
Designed for commercial and institutional domestic hot water applications, the SPM Series delivers precise temperature control, rapid response to changing demand, and energy-efficient performance without the need for large storage tanks. Producing up to 200 GPM of domestic hot water, it is ideal for healthcare, education, hospitality, multifamily, government, and industrial facilities. Native BACnet IP and ModBus IP connectivity, a compact footprint, and factory-packaged controls make installation, commissioning, and operation simple.
